Communication,
association and teamwork are essential skills that all those involved in theater
and media arts have the opportunity of learning and should learn. Studio V is a
group that endows the youth an academic improvement in classrooms and endows
all adults with an improvement in their place of work and in their life. This
is basically a group that helps spread arts among generations. It is also a tutoring
association with the mission of providing academic lessons & classes on
experiential arts. This group also is responsible in bringing performances, showcases,
as well as festivals on experiential arts to people from each and every age
group. The group focuses on being able to transfer vital thinking and skills of
communication that are indispensable to participate in the artistic economy of
the 21st century.
The Arts & Tutoring section of Studio V
is presently a private limited company whose motive is not just to make profit.
Studio V is an organization that promotes arts among generations & is also
a tutoring group with the objective of providing first-rate lessons on acting
and bringing showcases, performances, and festivals on experiential arts to the
masses.
A bit about the founder
Patti
Strickland is its founder and is
a Graduate from US college of Dramatic Arts West. She is a holder of BA
Interdisciplinary learning from NYIT, which is learning on MA Leadership from
Gonzaga academia. She is also the holder of Certification on Drama Therapy from
BYA. Coming to her experience she has been responsible for in excess of 200
constructions all through the counties of Los Angeles and Ventura. She has won
several awards. She was the winner of Earth Charter Award in 2013 for Education
& Outreach, she was the winner of the Mayor’s Arts reward for Arts instructor
in 2009, she was the winner of the 2007/2005 of the Artist’s Fellowship reward in
directing/playwriting in 2007/2005, she was the winner of the REP reward on Excellence
in Performance in 2001, she was the winner of the Outstanding success in
Performing Arts in the province of Ventura Arts Commission in the County of
Ventura Arts Commission in 1990 and she was also the winner of 4 Star rewards
for Set Design, directing & Outstanding stage show in 2011. She had been a
member of Elite Theatre Corporation for a period of 8 years. She was
responsible for teaching music & drama at the St. Bonaventure High School
for 15 years, he was in Rubicon Theatre Company for 6 years and is presently is the Lady of
Assumption academy of School of Studio V. She has made this into the finest acting academies in the city.
